C.R.E.A.T.E. Package - Focusing on getting to know yourself on a profound level through discussion, connection and utilizing the C.R.EA.T.E. process. This package allows you to explore your own experiences and take a closer look at the influences they have had on your life. Gaining a conscious knowledge of your influences from challenges, generational-based beliefs, etc. provides you with the power to create an authentic, fulfilling life. Please note: due to everyone's individuality, pace and guidance will be gaged during each session.

This session includes:

Three 60-minute 1:1 sessions/month (one 60-minute session/week with one week off for self-discovery) for the duration of a contracted 3 - month period.

Connection via text and email available for support for current, active clients (Note: text and email responses outside of scheduled sessions will be make within 24 hours of initial correspondence)

We are all intuitive. This asset will be discussed and utilized during scheduled sessions. This provides a more complete understanding of the multidimensional foundation and connections that you possess.
